Press/Media Registration Policy: Complimentary press registration for PIHRA conferences is open to credentialed journalists (e.g., reporters, editors, writers, news photographers, producers, online editors, etc.) who work for a publication, news service, broadcast outlet or news Internet site that is regularly issued, published primarily for the dissemination of news, and operates independently from any commercial, political, government or special interest. Advanced permission is required for news cameras and radio broadcast onsite during PIHRA conferences, but in-studio interviews may be arranged. Recordings of all or portions of conferences without prior approval from PIHRA is prohibited.

Bloggers seeking press credentials must be working journalists or affiliated in an editorial capacity with a qualified news outlet as described above. As a general rule, bloggers must also have been writing daily or weekly posts for at least six months. Consideration will be given to student bloggers who are enrolled full-time in graduate business or HR programs, or who can demonstrate involvement in producing editorial content for collegiate publications, broadcast outlets, or news Internet sites.

Publication sales, advertising and marketing staff are not eligible for press registration. Bloggers not working as credentialed journalists or affiliated in an editorial capacity with a qualified news outlet described above also are not eligible for press registration. Non-media attendees seeking registration information may visit our Registration page.

We invite members of the working media to contact Rafael Rivera for information about employment and workplace-related issues and to schedule interviews with PIHRA experts. Journalists include reporters, news editors, TV news producers and radio news producers.
