Q: When will the conference take place and where is it located?

Q: What days will conference be held?
A: Monday August 28th, Tuesday August 29th and Wednesday August 30th
Q: How can I register?
A: You can REGISTER HERE using our paper registration form. Online registration will be available soon.
Q: Is there a deadline to register and pay for conference?
A: You can register and pay for conference up until the morning of the very last day – Wednesday August 30th, 2017 at 7:00 am.
Q: Do I have to attend all three days of the Conference?
A: You can opt to pay for any of the days individually or purchase all three.
Q: Can I pay to attend just one session?
A: We do not offer the option to register for one session; registration is only available per day.
Q: How Do I reserve a Hotel room?

Q: Where can I find information about the Social Events?

Q: Will there be any events on Sunday?
A: Yes, please check back for the 2017 schedule of events
Q: Who can attend the President’s Welcome Reception?
A: All paid attendees can participate in the President’s Welcome Reception on Sunday.
Q: Where is the schedule for the conference?
A: The Schedule At a Glance will be posted soon.
Q: What topics will be discussed?
A: You can access the 2016 Concurrent Sessions List HERE. This will be updated with new information as it becomes available.
Q: Do I need to pre-select the concurrent sessions I plan to attend at conference?
A: You can get a headstart and plan ahead by reviewing session information before the conference, but you have the flexibility to choose which sessions you want to attend upon your arrival. Review the 2016 titles, descriptions and speakers HERE.
Q: How can I view the speakers and session ahead of time?
A: The 2017 speakers and sessions will be posted on this website when available.
Q: Is there a book signing?
A: The SHRM Bookstore will have book signings throughout the conference.
Q: Is there a refund available if I can no longer attend conference?
A: CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing and faxed to (310) 416-9055 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by 5/31/17. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by 7/31/17. Refunds will not be granted after 7/31/17 nor will they be given for no-shows. Credits will not be issued towards future PIHRA EVENTS.
There are currently no refunds available, but you can have another guest attend in your place. Please contact our email@example.com to change the attendee name.
Q: Are there any discounts available?
A: You can find information about discounts for SHRM and PIHRA Members when registration becomes available.
Q: How long will the Marketplace be open?
A: Monday, August 28 10:30am – 4:00pm
Tuesday, August 30 10:30am – 4:00pm

Q: Can I attend the Marketplace only?
A: Yes, you can register and pay for the Marketplace passes when they become available.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: We highly recommend that guests come in professional or business casual attire. There will many opportunities for photo ops and networking and we want you to leave a great impression
Q: How do I become a presenter?

Q: How Can I reserve an exhibitor space in the exhibit hall?
A: Registration for exhibitors will be available soon.
Q: Can I still sell/promote my products and pass out fliers even if I am not an exhibitor?
A: NO any attendee found selling products or passing out business materials other than business cards will be asked to leave conference and/or materials confiscated.
Q: How can I become a Volunteer?
