In order to register for the California HR Conference® by Professionals In Human Resources Association, you must first complete a registration form (online or paper). During this registration process you are required to provide contact information (such as your name and email address). This information is used for billing purposes only.

Despite the high level of security available on our web registration site, some users may still be uncomfortable about online financial transactions. Collection of Personal Information

PIHRA is committed to protecting the privacy of the California HR Conference® attendees. Information submitted for the California HR Conference® is for its own use. PIHRA will not sell, share or rent this personal information to any other party.


Attendee Cancellation/Refund Policy:

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing and faxed to (310) 416-9055 or emailed to  Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by 5/31/16. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by 7/31/16. Refunds will not be granted after 7/31/16 nor will they be given for no-shows. Credits will not be issued towards future PIHRA events.

SUBSTITUTIONS: All substitutions must be submitted in writing and faxed to
(310) 416-9055 or emailed to by 08/15/16. All other substitutions will be processed onsite at the registration booth. If a PIHRA member transfers his/her registration to a non-member, the non-member must do one of two things: pay the difference of the member and non-member price at the time of the transfer or become a PIHRA member at the time of the transfer. Only one substitution allowed per registrant. No split registrations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PIHRA programs and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to PIHRA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such programs and activities.  Non-Member registrations include a PIHRA membership based on the purchase date: Preview and Early Bird through 12/31/16, and Standard and Late through 12/31/16.


Exhibitor Cancellation/Refund Policy:

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booth space is due with each contract ($500 per 10′x10′ space rented is nonrefundable). Full payment for exhibit space is due on 3/31/16. After 3/31/16, full payment must accompany all contracts. All cancellations and request for refunds must be in writing. Cancellations received before 3/31/16, will result in PIHRA retaining $500 per 10′x10′ space rented. Cancellations received between 3/31/15 and 6/30/16 will result in PIHRA retaining 50% of the total cost of the booth space. No requests for refunds will be granted after 6/30/16. PIHRA reserves the right to resell the exhibit space without notice or refund after 6/30/16. PIHRA reserves the right to deny exhibit space to companies that have overdue account balances with PIHRA or any of its affiliates.

Security Measures

The California HR Conference® registration site and database has security measures in place designed to protect the misuse of information gathered online and offline. Whenever a form requires the input of sensitive information, for example, your personal information or credit card number, that information is encrypted. Management access to personal information is restricted to those that require the information to perform a specific job function for the event. PIHRA provides its registered users with a secure online experience. To do this we use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety and confidentiality of your personal information. All user registration information is contained behind a firewall and only accessible by a limited number of event organizers who have special access rights to our registration systems. Confidential personal information sent to us is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This information is then encrypted in our secure database. Credit Card Security

Credit card transactions through the registration feature of the site are secure. This includes all registration fees made at our online registration system. Customer-entered credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission to a credit card authorization service; if the dollar amount of the purchase is authorized, the order is processed through our registration software. Customer service representatives, or any other person dealing with the attendee registrations, cannot view or receive credit card numbers.
