Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to submit my request?
You have until August 31, 2020 to submit your request. If your request is not submitted by this date, we will auto-select the default option for you. The default option is to transfer your registration to CAHR21 and grant you complimentary registration to the Virtual PIHRA 2021 Legal Update.
Can I send my request as an email?
Unfortunately, no. All requests regarding payments made prior to June 30, 2020 must be submitted through the form on this page.
Why is the PIHRA membership nonrefundable?
It is part of PIHRA’s long-standing membership policy that our membership is nonrefundable, and non-transferable. You can see our membership policy in detail here.
Please note: If you registered for the conference as an active PIHRA member, and did not add your $125 renewal, this does not apply to your CAHR20 refund. The nonrefundable membership fee only applies to nonmember “Join Now” registrations and member renewals paid with CAHR20 conference registration.
I don’t know where to find my Member ID #. Where can I find that?
Visit https://www.pihra.org/id to learn how to locate your PIHRA Member ID.
I registered after June 30, 2020. Can I use this form?
This form is not intended for use for any registrations completed after June 30, 2020.
Can I submit this form again if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, no. All requests submitted via this form are final, and irreversible.
When will my request be processed?
All requests will be processed within 90 days of submission.
I opted to receive a partial or full refund. How will I receive these funds?
All refunds for payments made prior to 90 days ago will be reimbursed in the form of a check. Your use of this form indicates full understanding and agreement to our official refund policy.
I am a sponsor or exhibitor. Can I use this form to transfer my CAHR20 registration?
This form is valid for attendee registrations processed prior to July 1, 2020 and does not apply to sponsor or exhibitor registrations. Please contact Brian at firstname.lastname@example.org for your options.
