Based on her research of innovative organizations in general, and of those undergoing digital transformation in particular, Professor Linda Hill, will discuss how the second imperative of leadership—managing your network—is too often neglected at an organization’s peril. Hill will provide examples of what companies are doing to develop leaders who are both value creators and game changers because they know how to build ecosystems of partners inside and outside the organization required to implement innovative solutions. |
