Exhibitor Deadlines

March 31 – Early Registration Rate Deadline

July 21 – Exhibitor Directory Information will be submitted for print.  No edits or updates will be accepted after this date.

July 21 – Email your booth raffle prize (if any) so I can list this in the onsite conference guide.

July 31 – Certificate of Liability due

August 8 – Price break deadline for badge scanners

August 12 – All booth staff must be registered in the registration system

Attendee List for One-Time Use

You may be receiving emails from companies claiming to have our attendee list.  I can assure you those are scam emails and you should not do business with those companies.  Please forward any of these types of emails you receive so I can report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

I will be providing the official opt-in attendee list for a one-time use the first week of August.  This list will include name, company, title, email and physical address.  You will have the option to send one email or one physical mailer to the full list.

Discount Attendee Registrations

As an exhibitor you can register up to three people to attend as a full conference attendee including all sessions for a discounted rate of $595 each. Please have your guest complete all pages of the paper registration form.  Include payment information and write in "Exhibitor $595" in the total field.  When complete, send the registration form via email and I will complete the registration at the discounted price.


Booth Staff Registrations

Please register your booth staff online by August 12 by using the confirmation email you received. There is a button to Add/Edit Booth Staff.

Each 10’x10′ booth is allotted up to four (4) booth staff registrations at no charge and up to four (4) additional booth staff registrations at $25 each

(2) Primary Booth Staff – no charge and includes tickets to lunches and the Tuesday night concert

(2) Secondary Booth Staff – no charge, lunch tickets available for purchase

(4) Additional Booth Staff – $25 each, lunch tickets available for purchase

**Please note that you are limited to four (4) booth staff in each 10×10 space at any given time and you must stay within your booth area. We do not permit representatives standing in the aisles to stop attendees as they are walking by.

Certificate Of Liability Insurance

As a standard requirement for all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for your company to carry general liability coverage from and insurance company in good standing.

Requirements include:
Minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate

Exhibitor Kit

The Exhibitor Kit will be emailed to you by our General Services Contractor, Blaine Services.  You will use this ordering portal for services such as furniture, electricity, material handling, shipping and other booth related services.

The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is a union facility.  This means they have policies on exhibitors bringing their own materials into the hall to their booth.  No one exhibitor is allowed to hand carry using more than one person or more than one trip, using rolling dollies or anything else with wheels. Please contact Blaine Event Services and inquire about their shipping and handling services.

No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the exposition hall during set up or break down as there will be heavy equipment used by the exposition service company.

Shared WiFi is provided for the attendees of the conference and can be used by exhibitors, however, the speed during peak expo hours can be slow. Payments and W9

Check your confirmation email.  You will find buttons to print your invoice and pay online.  If you intend to send a check, please make your payment within 30 days of registration to avoid losing your reserved booth.  If needed, here is our W9.

Promoting Your Booth Prizes

We will add a list of exhibitor booth prizes to our onsite conference guide.  Please send a description of your prize (if any) by July 21, 2019. Please note exhibitors will manage their own prize raffles and distribution.

Food & Beverage Sampling Guidelines

The Convention Center catering company, Premier Catering, has guidelines for serving food and beverages from your booth. If you intend to offer these items we suggest you order them from Premier Catering using their Booth Traffic Enhancer Order Form.  Please review the Guidelines for Food and Beverage Sampling and contact Jeanette Finley Dayen at JFinley@LongBeachCC.com.

Upload Your Logo

Click on the "Update Directory Info" button from your confirmation email to upload your logo.  This logo will be visible in our online exhibitor directory and online booth map.

Social Media

Did you know that you can add your social media pages in your exhibitor directory file?  We will be “liking” and “following” your social media pages from our conference social media profiles. Your social media links will also be used in our mobile app.  Click on the “Update Directory Info” button from your confirmation email to add your social media sites.

The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center has more than 4,000 parking spaces around the Center in three parking garages and one ground level parking lot. The daily rate is $15. The Terrace Theater Parking Garage is generally open for theater events and has 800 parking spaces. The Arena Parking Garage is open for conventions, tradeshows and Arena events and has 1,460 spaces. The Promenade Parking Garage is open for conventions, tradeshows and special events and has 350 spaces. The Main Parking Lot along Shoreline Drive has 1,500 spaces.
